Lucy is a London-based food writer and baker, specialising in bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, working out of her home kitchen in Hackney.
Each cake is designed as bespoke, and Lucy will work closely with you to ensure it delivers on every level. While each cake is different, they all use organic ingredients and seasonal fruits and flavours in their sponges and fillings, and are decorated with beautiful fresh flowers, foliage and elegant gold leaf.

Since training at Leiths School of Food & Wine, Lucy has published recipes and food writing for numerous brands and publications, and her first cookbook, Postal Bakes, was published by Welbeck in 2022. She also writes a monthly newsletter, Sweet Disposition.
